[remoted] into my computer from South America one time to fix a problem

Sam has never let me down, not when I have made an official appointment and not in a pinch. He has increased my knowledge of the computer and does work on parts of it that I would rather not be involved in. He has come to my house and worked in chaos with numerous animals and not said a word. He is a friend, but also a total professional. He shows me tips, shortcuts, etc. that save me time and get me out of trouble when he is not here. He even had a call [remoted] into my computer from South America one time to fix a problem. He has purchased a new computer for me (I paid), letting his expertise guide the purchase. I am completely satisfied and would recommend him to anyone.
