My partner and I hired Palm Springs Tech (Sam) to help us with our t.v., iPhones and MacBook Pro laptops. There's nothing Sam doesn't know - and if there ever was, I have every confidence that he'll just come out and tell you. He's honest as the day is long, and kind, caring and so so smart. We also hired Sam for a professional project that was very complicated and required enormous patience and again, he was perfect for the job. I can't say enough good things about Sam.
