I called Sam with a list of aggravating computer issues. He responded immediately, we made an appointment and he came to my house. In addition to fixing my list of problems, he is also an especially kind and patient teacher. I have learned lots. Next time I wont wait so long, for help, I'll call him right away. Thanks Sam.
