You’re in the right place!  We’re now in California!

Sam MooreIn July 2020, after nearly 50 years in North Carolina, I moved to Palm Springs, California. I’m still providing remote support and can arrange for on-site support or provide a recommendation for a new local service provider.  Of course, I am still providing website and email account services.

All samiam.com clients will continue with the samiam.com rates until July 1, 2021.

I’ve polished up a few things in creating this new website and hope you find them helpful.  One thing is a new way to book appointments.  You’ll see REQUEST SERVICE buttons around the site. These take you to my booking page, where you can directly schedule appointments.  Of course, if you’d rather continue how we were doing it, you can still view my calendar (a link to it is at the very bottom of every page on the site) and email, text or call me to set up the appointment.

While emails, invoices, calls and texts may come from Palm Springs Tech Services, you can still reach me at 336-675-4956 and sam@samiam.com.

COVID-19 Precautions

We are serious about safety - yours and ours.

 

COVID-19 precautions we take:

  • Should we become aware of exposure or illness, we will not risk your health or the health of those around you. Instead, we will provide remote service, reschedule or refer you to another service provider.
  • We follow physical distance recommendations where possible and limit social interactions.
  • We sanitize our hands and don a clean mask prior to entering your space. We properly wear the mask throughout our time with you.
  • We limit our contact with surfaces in your space and will either sanitize or ensure you are informed of what we touched.
  • If we take your equipment off site, it will be sanitized before it is returned to you.

What we ask of you:

  • We require our clients to wear a mask while we're in the same room.
  • If you are not feeling well, please let us know prior to our visit. We are happy to reschedule your appointment or attempt to assist you remotely.
  • If you have been in close proximity for 15 or more minutes to someone with COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks, please let us know prior to our visit.
