We are serious about safety – yours and ours.

 

COVID-19 precautions we take:

  • Should we become aware of exposure or illness, we will not risk your health or the health of those around you. Instead, we will provide remote service, reschedule or refer you to another service provider.
  • We follow physical distance recommendations where possible and limit social interactions.
  • We sanitize our hands and don a clean mask prior to entering your space. We properly wear the mask throughout our time with you.
  • We limit our contact with surfaces in your space and will either sanitize or ensure you are informed of what we touched.
  • If we take your equipment off site, it will be sanitized before it is returned to you.

What we ask of you:

  • We require our clients to wear a mask while we’re in the same room.
  • If you are not feeling well, please let us know prior to our visit. We are happy to reschedule your appointment or attempt to assist you remotely.
  • If you have been in close proximity for 15 or more minutes to someone with COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks, please let us know prior to our visit.
